The "Misinformation and Gender Misinformation" training for "Peace Ambassador Women and Youth Network" members is being held in Kakheti. Internally displaced and conflict-affected women and youth from six ABL municipalities of Georgia are attending the session. The training is facilitated by Mamuka Gachechiladze and Lela Khomeriki, gender experts from the Women's Information Center.
This two-day session aims to enhance awareness among the network's women and youth members about issues such as misinformation, gender-related misinformation, the identification of false information, and fake news. Additionally, participants will receive Information on human rights, particularly women's rights and gender equality.
The meeting also seeks to identify key issues and needs of the participants to support in planning and implementing peace initiatives. The training is part of the project "Women and Youth Localizing Peace and Security Agenda," which is supported by Great Britain, partnering with the United Nations Women's Organization.

On July 26, 2019, representatives of the Women's Information Center organized a focus group in Kobuleti Municipality that included local leaders and women entrepreneurs who use / do not use the Women's Room Service.The purpose of the focus group was to evaluate the use of women's room services in the municipality for effective planning of further work.
