The delegation comprised with decision makers from Samtskhe-Javaketi, ShindaKartli, Kakheti regions, and responsible person on gender equality issues from Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, focal point on gender equality issues from National Association of Local Authorities of Georgia.
The members of the delegation had a chance to meet the chairperson of the committee for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and other members of the committee at Bundestag. Also meetings were held at Bundesrat; Federal Ministry for Family Affairs,
Senior Citizens, Women and Youth;Healthcare and Gender Equality Office at Senate; Association for Municipalities Responsible persons on Women's Issuesin Berlin, Potsdam City Hall and local women's organizations; the Berlin Free University Center of Margherita von Brentano.

On July 26, 2019, representatives of the Women's Information Center organized a focus group in Kobuleti Municipality that included local leaders and women entrepreneurs who use / do not use the Women's Room Service.The purpose of the focus group was to evaluate the use of women's room services in the municipality for effective planning of further work.
